We had worked with these clients on various projects in the past, so we had a good understanding of their style and preference for clean, contemporary lines.

Our Ithaca Interior designer chose a large format rectangular tile for the floor and wall to create a low contrast, calming, cohesive environment as the foundation of the space.  A large walk-in shower with frameless glass allows the space to feel even larger than it is and lets plenty of natural light fill the shower.   

Repeating the shower accent tile on the vanity wall creates connection between the two areas, as well as a contemporary vanity mirror installation.  Running the mirrors from counter to ceiling, with sconces installed at appropriate heights on the mirror, adds to the spacious feeling while reflecting the view from the private back yard for an immediate connection to nature in the morning.  Our clients are thrilled to start and finish the day in such a soothing space.
